Connected Mathematics Project (CMP3)
In 6th-8th grade, we use CMP3 which was developed by professors at Michigan State University. It provides a problem centered, inquiry based approach to learning, and is entirely aligned with the Common Core state content and practice standards. The ultimate goal is for students to develop a deeper, more conceptual understanding of the math concepts.
Please visit the CMP3 Parent and Family Place for additional resources and to gain more insight into the program.

The 6th Grade math program is aligned with the common core state standards. We use many resources to supplement our program, such as IXL, Khan Academy, and MathXL. Students have individual log-ins, and are encouraged to spend time outside of class practicing their math skills through these resources.
